This layer is completely dry and adheres perfectly to the treated surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durafosf Plus\u00ae<\/strong> provides the following advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enables dry lubrication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improves run-in performance, even when combined with oil or grease lubrication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protects against wear and prevents stick-slip at low speeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures lifetime lubrication at both high and low temperatures, even in the presence of fluids, UV radiation, or vacuum conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offers excellent corrosion protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitates assembly and disassembly of tightly toleranced mating components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantees defined torque and preload values in releasable couplings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enables cost-effective solutions through targeted application processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This film acts as a separate and lubricating layer, effectively reducing friction and wear between contact surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to applications in the field of aerospace technology, <strong>DURAFOSF PLUS\u00ae<\/strong> is widely used in many small but essential components, such as magnet armatures, plain bearings and crank pins, seat belt components (locking systems and retractors), hinges, screws and bolts, valves, pistons, slide guides, seals, rolling bearings, guides, bushings, bearing shells, ball bearings, chains, and many other moving parts \u2014 ensuring a reduction in friction of over 90%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laboratory tests have demonstrated that applying the <strong>DURAFOSF PLUS\u00ae<\/strong> treatment to the moving parts of a bicycle results in reduced physical effort for the athlete, with the same level of performance, consequently leading to a decrease in lactic acid accumulation in the blood \u2014 allowing the achievement of higher performance levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cases of frictional stress, a progressive transfer or removal of the lubricating layer occurs; this process is therefore also referred to as <em>transfer lubrication<\/em>. The <strong>DURAFOSF PLUS\u00ae<\/strong> treatment is also complemented by an oil enriched with nanoparticles to further enhance the performance and durability benefits provided by the treatment itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This lubricant is a compound of active nanoparticles, resistant to corrosion, extreme intermittent loads, and vibrations. It reduces noise and makes treated surfaces non-stick.<br>Moreover, the lubricant offers greater protection against atmospheric agents by forming an invisible, dry-to-the-touch film that prevents
