{"id":1354,"date":"2025-04-11T12:23:45","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T12:23:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pontogliovincenza.com\/endurion\/"},"modified":"2025-10-29T12:35:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T12:35:20","slug":"endurion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.pontogliovincenza.com\/en\/endurion\/","title":{"rendered":"Endurion"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It is a <strong>chemical (non-electrolytic) treatment<\/strong>, defined as an <strong>inorganic post-phosphating sealant<\/strong>, carried out on parts that have been previously zinc-phosphated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this treatment is to seal the typical capillaries and microcracks of the phosphated surface, eliminating roughness and microfractures. This results in significantly improved smoothness, wear resistance, and a reduced risk of mechanical damage to the base metal, such as scratches or pits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As is well known, scratches and small cavities in the metal act as <strong>anodic areas<\/strong>, since corrosion inhibitors cannot easily reach them; The process is performed by immersion in a tin salt solution, according to the times and methods prescribed by the approved process cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has--font-size\">TESTS AND INSPECTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>THICKNESS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Thickness is measured by the magnetic method according to <strong>UNI ISO 2178<\/strong>. The total coating thickness (including the phosphate layer) must not be less than 8 microns, measured on the number of pieces specified by the procedures, depending on the batch size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ADHESION<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Adhesion is tested according to <strong>UNI ISO 2819<\/strong>.<br>When rubbing the coating in accordance with the standard methods, no flaking or detachment of the deposit shall occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>VISUAL APPEARANCE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The treated parts must have a uniform appearance, free from color variations or powdery deposits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CORROSION TESTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The test consists of exposing the parts to a salt spray in accordance with <strong>UNI ISO 9227<\/strong>.<br>Visible rust spots, detectable to the naked eye at normal reading distance, must not appear before 200 hours of
